Job Description
Designing and implementing digital strategy as part of the company's broader business and marketing plans, building affinity and leading demand generation.Liaising with Country Director and CMO on marketing innovation strategy set corporate goals and maximise budget valueSetup a digital marketing team and decide which tasks that better to be outsourced to agencies - including managing the workflow and relationship with agenciesEstablish a more pronounced digital presence as part of company branding and creating a sense of demand for potential clients by identifying the untapped target audience and creating a combination of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other marketing initiativesResearching and analysing performance drivers to improve future campaign profitability/growth and contributing towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs and sales forecasts Upgrading the organisation's digital capabilities with key stakeholders, as well as implementing best practice social media and digital marketing trends for profitable growth
The Successful Applicant
Possess 5-10 years of digital experience with record of building online capability and innovating in pre-existing businessesSolid proficiency in English is a mustTrack record in taking a brand to the next level with significantly greater presence and become the top of mindCapable in interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimizationExperience in implementing a growth plan to drive change and opportunities for collaboration within an organisationExperience delivering KPIs, measurable output and financial resultsExcellent project management, communication and people skills.
